These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Algo Schedule mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Algo Schedule Is

Algo Schedule is a scheduling and route-management platform for mobile pet grooming businesses. It connects three kinds of users:

Business owners (admins) — who run a grooming business on the platform
Employees — staff members added to a business by its admin
Clients — pet owners who book grooming appointments with a business

Algo Schedule is a software platform only. The grooming services themselves are provided by independent grooming businesses — not by us.

2. Who May Use the Service

You must be 18 years of age or older.
Joining as a client or employee requires a registration code issued by a grooming business. There is no open public sign-up.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep it up to date.
Business admins are responsible for issuing registration codes only to adult employees and adult clients.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Notify the business you work with (or us) promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

4. Subscriptions and Billing (Businesses Only)

Grooming businesses subscribe to a paid plan. Plans are limited by the number of provider user accounts (admin and employee seats) — client counts are never limited.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, under Stripe’s own terms. We do not store your card details.
An optional one-time free trial may be offered. When a trial ends or a subscription lapses, business features may be limited until an active subscription is restored. Existing staff accounts are not removed by a lapse or downgrade.
Prices and plan limits may change; we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.

5. Payments Between Clients and Businesses

Algo Schedule does not process payments for grooming services. A business may display links to external payment apps (for example Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or a payment page). Those transactions happen entirely outside the Service, between the client and the business. We are not a party to them, receive no payment information, and are not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or the quality of services rendered.

6. Content You Provide

You may add profile details, pet information, messages, ratings, and photos (including before/after grooming photos taken by the business).
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us the limited right to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing a grooming photo to you and to the business that took it.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

7. Location Features

Service providers may opt in to sharing their live location while traveling to an appointment so clients can see their arrival progress. This can be turned off at any time in Profile settings.
Client service addresses are converted to map coordinates to plan routes. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. AI Features

The Service includes optional AI-powered assistants (for example, an admin scheduling assistant and a help assistant). AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete — review them before acting on them. Personal details are masked on your device before any AI request is sent, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI features may be enabled, disabled, or changed at any time.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Share, sell, or misuse registration codes
Attempt to access data belonging to another user or another business
Interfere with, probe, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse others
Allow anyone under 18 to use your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. The Relationship Between Businesses and Clients

Each grooming business is an independent operator. The business — not Algo Schedule — is solely responsible for its services, scheduling decisions, pricing, pet handling, and the conduct of its staff. Any dispute about a grooming service is between the client and the business.

11. Availability and Data

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Outages, bugs, and data loss are possible. Keep your own records of critical business information.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hainey LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 10, 12, 13, and 15) survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Service is intended for use within the United States.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated in the app; continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
